Moms, planning a family trip to WDW in August mum has been working hard on the finer detail! My question is about renting a cabana at the water parks, can you pls provide some detail, pros and cons for example? Tks

Hi, John!  The cabanas at the water parks will provide your party of up to six people with guaranteed shade and a comfortable chair to relax in when you're not out getting wet.  You have an attendant at the cabana, and the attendant will provide you with towels as you need them, and is also able to run and grab drinks in the refillable mugs that are included with your cabana rental fee.  If you'd like food or other beverages purchased, the attendant is able to go and pick up your lunch or snacks, you just have to pay for the things you order.

Also included will be a cooler FULL of ice cold water, which is really nice to have on a hot day at the water park.  You'll also have a personal locker.

The cabanas are called Polar Patios at Blizzard Beach and Beachcomber Shacks at Typhoon Lagoon.

All of those things are pros!  I can't imagine how you couldn't love the cabanas, as it's a little bit of VIP service at the water park.  The cost varies seasonally, so you may want to verify the cost for your visit and determine if the value is a pro or con for your family.  You can book your cabana at 407-WDW-PLAY.

It's a very nice way to add an extra dimension of relaxation to your visit!

    I hope this helps!
