    Joanna from IL Asked

I am planning on going to Epcot’s Festival of the arts. If I buy artwork from one of the artists booths. Is there an option to ship the artwork home?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Joanna! I just returned home from Epcot’s International Festival of the Arts with my Mom and we purchased over-size artwork for my brother!

Mom and I considered carrying it around all day, as we were only a few hours from leaving the park, but we dreaded the thought of dinging the mat board or dropping the original piece! You have a few options for any merchandise that you may purchase at the Festival, or any merchandise location throughout Walt Disney World Resort. First, you can have it sent back to your Resort Hotel by the next morning with Resort Delivery. You will be able to pick up your art at the Resort Gift Shop. Secondly, you can have a pink slip and the merchandise can be sent to the front of the park at Guest Services with Merchandise Pickup. This option works handily for lightsabers or things that your family may want to have in hand on the way back to the Resort or handle overnight. Third, if the item won’t fit in your suitcase, you can have Home Delivery. When you approach a Cast Member at the checkout desk, mention to them you’d like to purchase the item and have it shipped. For a small fee, the item will be safely packaged and sent home to your house. My family had Boba Fett NERF gloves shipped home for a lucky birthday boy in our family!

While you're at the Festival, be sure to stop by the Showcase Plaza and try your hand at painting the Pixel Wall. I had a chance to paint Pigment in part and I love it! If I can help you with anything else for your upcoming artistic trip, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
