Mom with infant

Planning a DW Vacation for the end of May, due with our 3rd April 16th. Would like any tips on having a newborn, 2 yr old and 13 yr old in Disney. I love Disney and have been several times but never with this many kids. We are Florida residents also.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stephanie!

One of the best things about vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort is the flexibility it offers for families of all sizes and ages. When I took my youngest on her first Disney Destination vacation, she was only 4-months old. I organized our diaper bag the night before to make sure I didn't forget anything. It's amazing how much you have to bring with you "just in case" when you are vacationing with an infant! We always take our stroller for not only carrying our little humans, but also for hauling all of our stuff around the theme parks!

I liked to take a break by finding a shaded bench or locating a quiet corner somewhere to feed my infant, while my husband took our son to attractions. The Baby Care Centers are a great spot to take a break. They are air-conditioned locations with a private nursing room, changing tables, high chairs and they even have items to purchase if you did forget any needed items like diapers or formula.

There are a lot of attractions that are family-friendly and don't have any height restrictions. I have cruised "it's a small world" many times while holding my sleeping baby. Who knew it was such a great spot to take a nap? Rides like this will keep all ages in the family entertained! Using the My Disney Experience mobile app will help you plan ahead by selecting FastPass+ and viewing current wait times to minimize your time in lines with your kiddos. You can even order food in advance at many Quick-Service locations using the app and skip the long lines!

Simply take it slow with lots of breaks and snacks for everyone. I know you will have a great trip!
