Hi, planning a DW trip in Dec for DD Golden Bday. We plan to split our stay between CBR and Poly. Hoping for free dining special for first part of stay at CBR. My question is, is this allowed to split our reservation between two places with free dine?

    Hi Jill!

What a great way to celebrate a birthday! I'm sure your daughter will be thrilled to be at Disney World celebrating!

Any time you'll be checking into a Disney Resort, the reservations will be handled as a separate packages/reservations. This means that you'd have two different reservations - one for your stay at Caribbean Beach and one for your stay at the Polynesian.

If your stays qualify you for any promotions or special offers such as free dining (hopefully!), then you'll be able to take advantage of them for both reservations. Most often, people find it most economical to book a package for their first resort stay with tickets that span their full vacation. The second reservation is then booked as a "room only" reservation. This way you avoid purchasing tickets twice. Of course, you'll need to take a look at the special offers and determine which packages and reservations work best for your family.

I hope this helps! Have a great time!
