  • Hi, Lauren! You will find that many attractions at Walt Disney World are family friendly, so you can enjoy them together.

Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin and Toy Story Midway Mania both provide some friendly competition.  There are two "players" in each car, so two people can ride together, and the 19 month old can sit on someone's lap.  Toy Story whips around a bit quickly, so make sure the baby is with an adult that can keep her steady.

At the Magic Kingdom, Pirates of the Caribbean is a must-do for our family, as it's one of the classic attractions that everyone might enjoy, and even the Haunted Mansion isn't too scary for the little one, while being fun for the older children.

If you are making a trip to Disney's Animal Kingdom during your stay, Kilimanjaro Safaris is a fantastic way to get the family up close and personal with some giraffes, zebras, and even a pride of lions.  It's the first thing my family does when we arrive at the theme park.

Also, use the Rider Switch Service, which allows families to stay together in line for an attraction the baby is too small for.  While one adult stays with the baby, another can go on the attraction.  Then, without having to wait in line all over again, the adults can switch off so the second grown up can ride.

    Enjoy an unforgettable vacation!
