We are planning to do the Disneyland Half marathon weekend in September, and are trying to figure out if we can bring a stroller for the 5K race. Our kids will be 3 and 4, so we don't think they can complete the race on their own. Are strollers allowe

    Hi Lisa!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed on runDisney courses. Here is some more information from runDisney on that:
***For everyone's safety, selfie sticks, baby joggers, strollers, baby carriers, baby backpacks, skates, scooters, bicycles, skateboards, canes, crutches, walkers, walking sticks, and animals of any kind are prohibited from the course. Violators will be removed from the course and transported to the finish line area.

If you think 3.1 miles is too far for your little ones (and that is a LONG way for a three and four year-old), consider signing them up for the Kids Races.  At $20 per person, I feel like these races are a steal! My boys really enjoyed them when they were little. They were always so proud of themselves when they finished and they felt very official with their personalized bibs, race t-shirts and medals.  Here is a breakdown of races:

    runDisney Kids Races Age Groups
12 months and under - Diaper Dash for crawlers
    1-3 years old - 100m dash
    4-6 years old - 200m dash
    7-8 years old - 400m dash

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
