We are planning to do Disney this year with our 5 year old daughter and our infant daughter. What resorts are recommended to be the most "infant friendly" related to walking, strollers, etc?

Hi, Tiffany! Bringing a baby to Disney World is awesome. And with bringing a baby comes the blessing of bringing beaucoup de baby gear - principally, a vessel in which the kid can sleep. As I dad, I manned up and hauled whatever was necessary for the comfort of all of us. Doing so on a bus to and from a park was often the most difficult (and creative) aspect of it.

I'd recommend staying at a resort that's on the monorail line. A huge benefit to a monorail resort is that you can roll the baby on and off said monorail while keeping her in the stroller. This is especially helpful if she's sleeping (on busses, you need to take the kid out of the stroller and collapse the stroller.)

The monorail is also a very consistent and predictable mode of transportation. You know when it's coming and how long the trip is going to take. With this knowledge comes the peace of mind that it's easy to make a quick trip back to your resort if need be, such as forgetting the only bottle in the world that your baby will drink out of (not that that has ever happened to me...)
