We are planning on Going to Disney World in May 2012. We will be traveling with a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old. Where is the best place to stay at close to the Park?

    Hi Jennifer,

I'm going to infer that the park you are mentioning is the Magic Kingdom (if not, feel free to send another question our way).  The resorts that are the closest to the Magic Kingdom are the Contemporary (you can even walk to the park), the Polynesian, and the Grand Floridian.  These resorts all share in the same monorail that goes straight to the park.  One great perk of the monorail is that you can wheel strollers right onto them and not have to fold them up.  You can also transfer monorails to take one to Epcot.  By staying at these resorts, coming and going throughout the day is quite simple.

I do want to note that these resorts are deluxe resorts, so they are more costly.  But they will also offer many amenities and great pools for little ones. All 3 resorts also have character dining in the resorts, too.

    Have a magical trip!
