Disney's Magical Express

We are planning a Disney trip for our anniversary and staying at the Beach Club. If we fly our children in on a later date to meet us, can we take the Magical Express to the airport and meet them when they come in?

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kelly! There’s nothing like jumping on Disney’s Magical Express to begin your vacation!

I just spoke with a Cast Member in regard to your question and while Disney’s Magical Express may not be able to set up a specific reservation for your returned trip to pick up your kids from the Orlando International Airport, she didn’t seem like jumping on the motor coach would be much of an issue. You would just need to speak to a Cast Member at your Disney Resort to help get this arranged.

She also recommended that you book a reservation for just your kids through Disney’s Magical Express. This way they are within the system under their own reservation. There are a few variables that they would take into consideration so I would highly recommend reaching out to a Cast Member.

As a backup option, you might look into Disney’s Minnie Van™ Service Connected by Lyft which does service Disney Resort hotels to and from Orlando International Airport. While there is an additional fee for this service, you have the comfort knowing that you’re in a Disney-owned, Disney-operated vehicle, driven by a Cast Member.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day!
