DH and I are planning a dinner at Artist Point while the 2 kids stay at the Cubs Den. Since we will be using 2 TS credits each for our meal, it seems the kids will each be left with 2 TS credit for a total of 4 credits. How do the kids use their credits?

    Hi Kirsten,

Yes, your children will end up with 2 extra Table Service credits each. When you use points for a separate meal that the kids aren't joining you at, that results in uneven credits like this. It's actually quite common, my husband and I have done the same thing at California Grill.

The easiest way to even out the points is to book one of the Dinner Shows. You'll use Dining Plan credits for your children, and pay cash for you and your husband. Mickey's Backyard BBQ, the Spirit of Aloha and the Hoop-De-Doo Musical Revue all use 2 entitlements per person. When reserving, you can inform the Cast Member that you are redeeming Dining Plan credits for the children, but not the adults. Another option would be to pay cash for the adults only for 2 of your other meals. Keep in mind that breakfast is the cheapest.

Hope this helps and that you enjoy your romantic dinner at Artist Point.
