I was planning on dining at Akershus RBH for an 8am breakfast with the understanding this will allow an early entrance into the park. I see World Showcase opens at 11am, will either Frozen Ever After or the Royalsomerhaus be open for us early diners?

    Hi Robert,

Good news! Though most of the World Showcase opens at 11 a.m. daily, both the Frozen Ever After attraction and the Anna and Elsa meet and greet in Royal Sommerhus open when the rest of Epcot opens. On most days, that's 9 a.m., though during Extra Magic Hours, it is usually 8 a.m.

When I was there recently, it appeared that the queue for Frozen Ever After started filling up quickly after the park opened while waits for the meet and greet were far shorter. If you don't have a FastPass+ reservation for Frozen Ever After, then I'd recommend getting in the standby line as soon as you finish breakfast.
