    Hi! We are planning our daughters' very 1st trip to Disney in September! We have family locally and won't be staying on site but we would still like to use the Magic Bands for purchases, tickets, and Fastpass. Is that a possibility? Thanks!! :)”

    Hello Casady,

    There's nothing more exciting than a first visit to Walt Disney World! I'm sue your little princess is going to have the time of her life. 

    All guests are able to use MagicBands during their visit to Walt Disney World, regardless of where they are staying. If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you will not be able to use your MagicBand for purchases while in the parks, but you can use it for theme park admission and FastPass+ selections. You can either purchase your MagicBands in advance from DisneyStore.com or when you arrive for your vacation. You'll be able to make your FastPass+ selections up to 30 days in advance, provided your tickets are linked on the MyDisneyExperience.com website.
