We are planning our daughters' first trip to Walt Disney World. Originally we thought June of '10 because they would be 5 and 3, but with the current deal of 4 get 3 free, we are thinking of going this June. Do you think 4 and 2 (almost 3) is too young?

Absolutely not!  They are never too young (or too old) for Disney.  There is really something great about every age.  When they are little I think it is espcially magical.  Meeting the REAL Cinderella is much more exciting for a 2 year old than it is for a 12 year old.  :)  I have been taking my girls practially since birth.  Seriously, Catie was 2 months old on her first visit!

Besides the great promotion that you mentioned - and it really is a great deal - you will save money on your youngest child as well.  Children under 3 are admitted for free, so you wouldn't need to buy a park ticket for her, which saves several hundred dollars right there.  She can also eat for free at buffets and character meals, which is a nice savings as well.  We have always tried to squeeze in as many trips as possible while the girls are under 3!  :)

I wouldn't wait, personally.  Carpe Diem - seize the Disney.  :)

    Have a great vacation!
