I am planning to take my daughter to Disneyworld for her 3rd birthday in Feb 2009. I am wondering what birthday specials they have there and what do they offer for a birthday celebration?

When you enter your first resort, stop at Guest Services to obtain a birthday pin. You may want to have the birthday noted on your hotel and dining reservations as well. Sometimes you'll be surprised with balloons, a cupcake or a signed character photo.

Create your own fun day with a special trip to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and then dine at Cinderella's Castle.

Parties can be arranged at Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf course and the Wide World of Sports Complex. For further information, call 407-WDW-BDAY (407-939-2329).

If these options are too pricey, I would suggest reserving a character meal and ordering a birthday cake. After you secure an Advance Dining Reservation, you can call the cake hotline at 407-827-2253 to make arrangements. This will give you the opportunity to dine with characters that your child likes as well as having a surprise, personalized cake delivered to your table.
