Planning a cruise and would like to know the main differences on the ships. Daughter wants to do Bibbidi Bobbidi, and meet and/or eat with characters. I heard about a tea with princesses? Are these things on all ships? Also is animators palate same on all?

Welcome aboard, Colleen! Isn't it fun to plan your very first cruise with Disney?

The only Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at sea is on the Disney Fantasy. However, there are smaller makeover experiences (both princess and pirate) now available on the Dream and Magic. The Glitter and Go experience costs $14.95, and includes light makeup, shimmering lip gloss, a face gem, and a hair twist with a Mickey hair clip. You can either bring your own princess dress, or purchase a new costume onboard. Skulls and Scurry is a similar pirate makeover on the Dream and Magic.

The Fantasy's Royal Court Royal Tea is available for registration once onboard, and carries an extra fee. The Wonder and Magic have offered little princess teas with apple juice and cookies in the past, however, those are not guaranteed and are subject to change. But, all four ships have the Princess Gathering once or twice each sailing. Disney princesses gather to greet guests and sign autographs. My daughter loves getting to see so many princesses all at once!

Animator's Palate is one of our favorite restaurants, and it may look similar on each ship, with a transformation from black and white to color, but the "show night" in the restaurant is quite different on each ship. Undersea Magic is an interactive experience with Crush the sea turtle on the Fantasy and Dream. Animation Magic on the Fantasy and Magic's seven-night or longer sailings lets guests draw their own characters and watch them come to life on screen! Drawn to Magic on the Magic sketches favorite animated characters from pencil to full color and motion, with a tear-jerker compilation at the end! And the Wonder's show brings characters to color as well.

I'm about out of room, but let me know if you have other questions as you plan, Colleen!
