Planning to celebrate 10th wedding anniversary at WDW sans kids. Last time (with kids) we stayed in a Fort Wilderness Cabin & LOVED it! Cabin probably too big for 2 and not so romantic. Considering Wilderness Lodge or POFQ. Opinions, comments? WWYD

Hi Becky! I love the idea of an adults-only anniversary trip to Disney World! Since it's your 10th anniversary, I recommend you splurge and choose the Wilderness Lodge! It has the same rustic feel that you loved at the Fort Wilderness Cabins, but is, simultaneously, luxurious. The lobby has cozy fireplaces that you can snuggle by, or you can take a romantic walk on the beach. You can have a special anniversary meal at the Wilderness Lodge's signature restaurant, Artist Point, or at one of the fine restaurants in the monorail resorts which are just minutes away. You could lounge by the pool, ride bikes, or zip around the lake on Sea Raycers, and you can't beat the convenience of the boat ride to Magic Kingdom.  Although the Port Orleans French Quarter has a romantic theme and a great location near the nightlife of Downtown Disney, I think you'd love the luxury and comfort of the Wilderness Lodge even more.

Hope you have a magical anniversary! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're happy to help!
