I am planning to attend to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Do I need the park admission and the party ticket or just the party ticket? Can I wear Elsa's dress for the party? Thanks!

    Hi Stephanie,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Glad to read that you are going to attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party this year. I went last October for the very first time. You will need only the party ticket and with the party ticket, you can enter Magic Kingdom after 4:00 p.m. Disney recently change their policy about adults using costumes at the park. This will be the first year under new policy. I believe you won't have a problem by using a Elsa costume. But if you can verify that with a Cast Member by calling Disney would be nice. Also, at Allears.net and Touring Plans you can find something about what is allowed and what to avoid. Follow Disney Parks Blog for more upcoming news.

    Have a nice vacation!
