We are planning on arriving early the day we check into Art of animation on 8/5 and want to book a reservation for breakfast at Chef Mickeys on 8/5. We have a deluxe dining plan with our package. Can we use our dining plan credits that morning around 10am?

Hi, Nicole!  Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I cannot think of a better way to kick off your Walt Disney World Resort vacation than with breakfast at Chef Mickey's!  In fact, having breakfast at Chef Mickey's on the first morning of each Walt Disney World Resort visit is a tradition in my own family.  We like to begin our vacation by saying hello to Mickey and his pals.  The atmosphere at Chef Mickey's is so much fun, and I absolutely love the Mickey waffles!

I am happy to tell you that you will be able to start using your Disney Dining Plan entitlements as early as 7:00 a.m. on your arrival date.  You should have no problem using your Disney Dining Plan for your breakfast at Chef Mickey's.  If you haven't done so already, be sure to make the rest of your dining reservations for any other table-service meals that you wish to experience during your vacation.  This will help you take advantage of all that the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan has to offer.  Dining reservations are highly recommended and can be made 180 days in advance.

    See ya real soon!
