I am planning a alone with my 8 and 15 month old. Is there any good reference materials on age restrictions for the attractions? I am trying to decide whether it would make sense to go with just one parent and kids at these ages.

    Hi --

If you click here, you'll be taken to a downloadable pdf that gives the height restrictions for all the attractions in the theme parks. If there is no height restriction, then you can take your baby on the ride with you.

There is plenty that you and your two children could do together at all the parks (meals, rides, shows), but you would have to explain to your 8-year-old that many of the "big kid" rides would be off limits. Alternatively, you could arrange for a sitter for one afternoon for your younger child while you took the older one out to experience some more thrilling adventures. Search this Moms Panel site for "fairy godmothers" and "kids nite out" and you'll find information about in-room childcare.

Hope you have a great trip!
