Disney family making smores by a campfire

Planning ahead for Fall 2020. Looking at start times, is it possible to do the Hoop-De-Do show and also do the Fort Wilderness wagon ride. Does the dinner show take the full two hours shown? Thanks so much.

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Betty!

The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is such a great way to spend an evening at Walt Disney World Resort. Did you know that it's one of the longest-running dinner theater show in the country? It's been a tradition for so many families since it debuted in 1974, so I'm happy to walk you through how you can plan a fun evening taking in the show and some of the other family activities available at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground.

Although it's going to be tight, it very well might be possible to catch both the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and the Horse-Drawn Wagon Ride in the same night. The wagon will pick you up right outside of Pioneer Hall, which is where you'll be eating dinner so you won't have to travel very far to catch it. The dinner show will take up the full two hours, so be ready to move to the exit as soon as you can after the show is over because the 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. wagon rides will load up and depart pretty much as soon as the show is over. Barring any delays, it's possible that you may be able to do both in one night! Tickets are required for the wagon ride on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but every other day of the week has a first-come, first-served walk-up option, so that might be better for you and your family if you aren't sure you're going to make it on time.

    Have a magical day, Betty!
