My DH and I are planning an adult only trip 12/4-12/9. Trying to decide between POFQ or riverside. Also looking at doing Keys to the Kingdom Tour. Any other suggestions?

    Hi Melissa:

You'll find Disney World is a wonderful vacation for just adults.  I used to vacation at Disney before I had kids, and now experience it with kids.

While both Resort choices are great, to me, I would stay at Port Orleans French Quarter.  It's smaller, more intimate, and has more sophisticated theming.

In addition to your tour, head for a night to take in the entertainment, shops, restaurants, and nightlife of the Boardwalk area and Downtown Disney. At the Boardwalk area, stop by ESPN Club or Jellyrolls. At Downtown Disney, try Raglan Road, and balloon ride with Characters in Flight, a very romantic experience with a breathtaking view of Disney World property. Try a walking tour of the countries of World Showcase in Epcot and try your favorite adult drinks. Also look into the Richard Petty Driving Experience, where you can drive or ride shotgun in a NASCAR-style stock car at speeds up to 120mph.

    Enjoy your vacation.
