We are planning on adding our Disney Visa Rewards Dollars onto our account for our upcoming cruise. How do we do this, and what happens to the left over rewards dollars if we don’t use them up on our cruise? Thanks for your help!

    Ahoy there, Robert!

Welcome back aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am glad you cruised by with another great question as your countdown continues to grow smaller!

I am so happy to hEAR that you are taking advantage of the Disney Premier Visa card.  I love that you can earn reward dollars to spend on your vacation by booking your vacation!

Using your reward dollars to pay for charges to your stateroom account is easy!  On the Disney Visa website, simply load your reward dollars earned to your reward redemption card or request a new card if this is your first time redeeming rewards.  Once you have your redemption card in hand with the reward dollars loaded, contact Disney Cruise Line or your travel agent to apply the balance of your redemption card to your stateroom account.

Be sure to keep your redemption card as you can reload it each time you earn more reward dollars, but most importantly, if your stateroom account charges do not exceed the reward dollars that you added to your stateroom account, your remaining reward dollars will be returned to that card.  You can then use it to book a placeholder for your next Disney cruise!

Sail on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any additional questions you have as you continue to plan your getaway.
