    Jesse from CA Asked

I planned on visiting tomorrow although my AP pass is blacked out had purchased a ticket and wished to know would my AP discount still work?

Hi there, Jesse, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love helping my fellow Californians plan their next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

My Annual Passport is also blocked right now, so I can understand your plight! It’s hard to stay away from the Disneyland Resort, especially with so many exciting things going on, such as the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

In this situation, the first thing to consider is whether it makes more sense to upgrade your Annual Passport to a Passport that isn’t blocked out on the day of your visit. If your Annual Passport includes the parking benefit, keep in mind that parking isn’t valid on your Passport blockout dates. However, your other Annual Passholder discounts should still be valid on merchandise and dining purchases at the Resort.

If you choose to purchase regular theme-park admission for your blockout date, here are your ticket options

I hope you have so much fun adventuring around the Disneyland Resort this summer! Don’t miss the limited-time return of Soarin’ Over California, and the all-new outdoor musical production, “Tale of the Lion King,” both in Disney California Adventure Park.

    See ya’ real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for about 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 7, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
