I am planing a trip for my daughters 2nd birthday, will i need to put her on our reservations as well? I saw it said children 3 & up need their own ticket?

    Hi Kelsey!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to help you plan your trip to celebrate your little princess's birthday at Walt Disney World Resort! You are correct that little ones who are 2 years old and under receive complimentary admission to Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and do not need admission tickets. Since your daughter is not ticketed a Guest, you will not be able to make FastPass+ reservations for her with the rest of your family. However, this doesn't mean your little princess will miss out on any of the fun. She will be able to enjoy all of your FastPass+ reservations with you. When you enter the FastPass+ queue, you will touch your MagicBand or admission card and let the Cast Member know that your little one is 2 years old and they will let her enter the queue to enjoy the attraction with you.

For dining reservations, you will want to include her in your dining reservations. This will ensure that there is plenty of room at the table for her. I have traveled with both of my boys when they were just little guys and we had better much better dining experiences when everyone at the table had their own space to enjoy the wonderful food at the restaurant, even if my boys were sharing food off of my plate. Be sure to add your daughter's birthday celebration to your dining reservations by calling (407) 939-1947.

Don't forget to pick up a birthday celebration button for your daughter so Cast Members and other Guests can join in your princess's birthday celebration! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
