I am planing a 2 day trip with my 8 year old daughter and husband to Disney. Is she too old for the princess castle dinner and the bibbidy boppidy boutique (sp)? Also for a 1 day pass and the dinner at the castle any recommendations on best deals?

    Hi Stevie,

I asked my two girls what they thought about your question and they both exclaimed, "She's perfect for it!"  So in the opinion of a 10 year old and a 15 year old, your daughter will love having a Princess Makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  Since this experience is very popular, I recommend making reservations as early as possible through this link:  Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - Magic Kingdom.  If you aren't able to secure reservations for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in the Magic Kingdom, you can consider making an appointment for your daughter at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - Downtown Disney

For a 1 day ticket there usually aren't many places that offer discounts to the general public.  Some corporations and membership based programs periodically offer discounted tickets, so you might want to check with your employer or any membership programs that you belong to in order to find discounted theme park tickets.  If you are seeking 3 or more day tickets, one of the best places to find discounted tickets is through Undercover Tourist.

As for dining at Cinderella's Royal Table, currently there are no packages/deals offered.  This location is one of the most popular dining venues on property so you should make reservations as soon as possible.  Guests can make reservations up to 180 days in advance.  I have dined here several times and can tell you it will be an experience your daughter will never forget.

    Have a MAGICAL vacation!
