Plane leaves @ 5:45 on 9/29; MME will depart at approx. 2:45...what are the chances we'll be able to get a late check-out? Realize nothing is for sure, but thought the the trusty mom's panel might be able to offer some expert advice! Thanks - Love the pa

Hey again, Mindy!  It is our pleasure to assist you with all of your vacation planning questions and we're glad you're hEAR!  To be perfectly honest, being granted a late check-out depends on Resort availability and if your room will be needed for guests checking-in on the day you depart. When we visited in January, I called down to the Front Desk on the morning of our departure to inquire about late check-out. We were allowed an extra hour with a check-out time of 12:00 p.m. rather than the usual 11:00 a.m. From past experience, that is the latest I have seen for late check-out. You are more than welcome to stay at your Disney Resort after check-out time and enjoy the Resort's amenities and recreational activities. Bell Services can go ahead and store your luggage until Magical Express picks you up. Many of the Disney Resorts even have showers and changing rooms inside the Health Club area. We almost always stay several hours after regular check-out time to swim at our Disney Resort. I hope this information helps! Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.  I hope you create "Minnie Magical Memories" on your Walt Disney World Vacation!
    Happy Planning,
