Plane gets into Orlando at 11:39 am. Taking Magical Express to Art of Animation. Have res. at T-rex at 3 pm. Will I have enough time to get there? Then hope to catch a few rides at H.Studios. How much time needed b/w dinner & 1st FastPass?

    Hi Jana!

Disney's Magical Express is a great way to start your vacation because it's such an easy and convenient way to get from Orlando International Airport to your vacation "home" at Walt Disney World Resort. I recommend allowing three hours between your scheduled flight arrival and when you will be at your Disney Resort hotel ready to start your first activity. I also recommend that you allow an hour transportation time between Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney Springs for your dinner at T-REX when using complimentary bus transportation. So 3:00 p.m. is cutting it close if you have any delays on your trip or hit traffic. However, the Minnie Van Service would provide you quicker transportation to Disney Springs. So while it's tight, you may be able to make it work.

Keep in mind that there is no direct bus to take you from Disney Springs to Disney's Hollywood Studios, so you will need to transfer. I recommend that you take a bus to Disney's Yacht Club Resort, then you can either walk to Disney's Hollywood Studios or take a boat to the theme park entrance. So I recommend that you allow 90 minutes to travel between T-REX and your first FastPass+ reservation and I would plan your first FastPass+ reservation window to be 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. so you have plenty of time and you don't feel rushed at dinner. The Minnie Van Service would definitely make this trip much quicker as it will be able take you directly to the theme park without a transfer.
