Hi! Our plane gets in at 10am- before we can check in to Pop Century. What's the best plan for getting in to the park asap? We are planning on taking Disney’s Magical Express from the airport and going to Hollywood Studios that day. Thanks! Amy

    Hi Amy,

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Early morning flights are the best, you really get to enjoy a full day of magic for your first day!

Even with an early flight, I would recommend stopping quickly at Disney's Pop Century Resort and checking in.  Sometimes your Resort Room may be available, even if not checking in helps for when you arrive back at the Resort as well, as you can head straight to your Resort Room.  You will also need to check in so that your Disney Dining Plan is activated, if you have added a Dining Package to your Resort Room Reservation.

Once you have checked in, if your Resort Room isn't quite ready, guests are able to take their additional luggage and carry-on pieces to Luggage Services just outside of the front doors of your Resort.  They will hold all of your belongings until you arrive back at the Resort at the end of the day.  Just remember to keep the tag that they give you handy when you pick up your belongings.

From there, in order to get to Disney's Hollywood Studios, simply take Disney Bus Transportation to Disney's Hollywood Studios.  The bus stop at Disney's Pop Century Resort is located just outside The Classic Hall area.   This bus will take you directly to Disney's Hollywood Studios where you can explore the Theme Park and make magical memories with your family.

I hope you have a fantastic visit at Walt Disney World Resort, Amy.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
