Mom and Daughter in Resort Room

If we plan to visit one of the parks on the day we check out of our hotel, does the hotel have a room where they can hold our luggage for us? I'd hate to leave it in the car and have it stolen.

    Hi, Ashley!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for bringing us this great question. I hope you’re getting excited for all the magical moments that await you at the Disneyland Resort

Yes, as a Guest of one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels (Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel) you are welcome to request that Bell Services store your luggage on your checkout day. A Cast Member can collect the bags from your hotel room or you can carry them down to Bell Services yourself. Then you’re free to explore the theme parks or the Downtown Disney District knowing that your belongings are secure. When you’re ready to head home, simply return to the Bell Services desk with your baggage claim ticket and someone will be happy to bring your items out of storage for you. I often request the luggage while my husband brings our car to the front of the hotel so our bags can be loaded right into the trunk with the assistance of a Cast Member.

I hope this helps, Ashley, and that your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is all you’ve been dreaming! Please send us any other questions you may have as your trip draws near.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
