Disney's Magical Express transportation

We plan on using Magical Express and taking advantage of the baggage delivery. Our flight lands at 9:55pm so I know it is within the timeframe but what happens if our flight is delayed and doesn't land until after 10pm?

Hi Concetta and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I think it’s so great that you’re planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort for early next year! Thanks for sending us your question!

Did you know that Disney’s Magical Express is the hardest working form of transportation at the Walt Disney World Resort? It will run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Don’t worry one bit about when your flight gets in, you and your luggage will have a ride to get you to your Disney Resort hotel!

Concetta, if you will be traveling with your MagicBand, make sure to keep it in your purse and not your luggage. The Cast Member at check-in for Disney’s Magical Express will ask you to tap your MagicBand to a Mickey sensor to get all the necessary information for your check-in.

Since you still have some time before your visit, there are a few things on your to-do list! You can make your dining reservations 180 days before your scheduled visit. As a guest at a Disney Resort hotel, you can make your FastPass+ selections 60 days before your visit. That way you can check all those must-do attractions off your list!

You will want to take a look at the new additions at Disney’s Hollywood Studios during your stay! Toy Story Land gives you a peek into Andy’s Backyard. You will love what he’s done with the decorations! Slinky Dog Dash is a blast and Alien Swirling Saucers is just that, a fun-loving spin in the Aliens’ swirling saucers. But don’t forget to hold on as your rocket takes off!

Come back to see us anytime with any other questions you might have! Helping you with all the details of your magical visit is our specialty!
