I want to plan my next trip, but can't decide between Polynesian or Grand Floridian. I know they are right next to each other, but is there any clear benefit as to one over the other?

The Polynesian and Grand Floridian are both Deluxe Resorts and have beautiful accommodations. The themes vary at the resorts. Grand Floridian is set amongst a Victorian, upscale, elegant theme. Their spa, Senses, just opened in December, so if you stay at this resort you can partake in the brand new health and fitness club. Grand Floridian is also home to the upscale dining establishment, Victoria and Albert's and you can enjoy character dining at 1900 Park Fare with Mary Poppins, Winnie the Pooh, Mad Hatter and Alice and Wonderland. The resort is absolutely beautiful.

Polynesian is a little more laid back, with the Hawaiian theme. The resort is great for families and kids especially love Ohana! Ohana has character dining in the morning with Lilo and Stich and an all-you-care-to-eat buffet at night featuring skewered meats, noodles, veggies and bread pudding.

There is no health club at Polynesian, but guests can use the Grand Floridian Health Club, which is just a short walk away.

There is a Volcano Pool and a quiet pool at this resort.

Both resorts are on the monorail line, offering quick and convenient transportation to the parks.

Deciding between the two is a tough choice, but it depends on the theme you would most enjoy. I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
