I would like to plan a group visit to Florida, group will consist of 3 adults, 5 children 10+, in addition to one physically challenged adult (wheel chair bound) and 1 two year old. What type of hotel/sleeping arrangements are available to accommodate this

Hello, Debbie! Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel for help with your vacation planning. I just know we’ll be able to give you some pixie-dusted inspiration for your trip to make it as magical as possible.

For your group of 10, I would highly recommend looking at Disney’s Art of Animation Family Suites. Each suite boasts two full bathrooms, a separate bedroom with queen bed, a murphy style full size bed and a pull out sofa. You’ll also find a microwave and kitchenette in each suite. Two adults and a Pack N Play (with one year old) can sleep in one room, with two or three kids in the den beds. The other family suite can hold your wheelchair adult in a bed, the other adult, as well as two or three children. All in all, the suites sleep 6 a piece, so you should have plenty of room to move around in these incredibly adorable themed rooms. My favorite has to be the Cars suites, with touches of Mater and Lightning McQueen, but there are also Nemo Suites as well as Lion King suites. Your kids could be king of the jungle in those! The pools are also amazing… I hear word that you can hear Dory calling for Nemo when you swim underwater in the Finding Nemo Courtyard pool! That experience has to be “MINE! MINE! MINE!”

Of course, by staying on property, you'll be eligible for complimentary MagicBands, Disney's Magical Express transportation from MCO airport, Extra Magic Hours and more. Debbie, please let me know if I can help to make your visit more magical by answering questions for you or recommending experiences for your group. Just like Mickey, I’ll see ya’ real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
