    Lori from NJ Asked

We are plan our first trip to DW. My husband is a big guy and is concerned that we wont have much to do due to his size. We dont plan to do things like roller coasters but will he able to go on the slow show type rides / interactive rides and things?

Hi, Lori!  If there is anyplace I have found that is friendly towards Pooh sized people, it's definitely Walt Disney World!

At my highest weight, I was just over 300 pounds, and I have a hubby that is 6'2" tall and has tipped the scales at as high as 375 pounds, and we've both been able to ride anything we wanted.  The tea cups can be a little tight, but most of the rest of the rides have lap bars that you stop when it's comfortable for you.

If there is anything you are in doubt about, instead of telling them there are two of you, tell them one, and they will give him his own car.  This would probably be best on things like Big Thunder Mountain, Dumbo, Aladdin, etc.

Plan to have a wonderful time, and don't give a second thought to what he won't be able to do.  I think he'll have a wonderful time, and you'll both be pleasantly surprised at how accommodating things are at Walt Disney World!
