    Geralyn from NJ Asked

Will there be pirate night on 2016 cruise to Alaska?

    Ahoy Geralyn!
Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your cruise question. My family was fortunate enough to experience a sailing to the last frontier just this past summer, and it was definitely a trip filled with adventure, magic and wonder! You will be in constant awe of the stunning scenery and amazing wildlife that can be seen throughout this wondrous voyage.
Due to environmental laws, no fireworks are allowed on these sailings, so Disney Cruise Line does not schedule pirate nights on the Alaskan voyages. When we sailed last summer, there were two themed events-the Pixar Pals Party and Freezing the Night Away with Anna, Elsa and Friends. We attended both events and enjoyed seeing Buzz, Woody and the rest of our favorite Pixar Pals along with our Frozen friends from Arendelle at their deck party! Keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for any announcements about this year's Alaskan sailings. Once you are aboard, your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator along with the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will have all the details about any special events for your cruise along with everything else you need to know!
We are so glad you stopped by with your question, Geralyn! Please let us know if we can assist you further with your plans.
    Have a magical day!
