    Jeanne from NH Asked

Is the Pirate adventure too difficult for a five year old boy?

Ahoy, Jeanne! Thanks for bringing ye question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. So the wee pirate wants to find the lost treasures, do he? Well, blimey! Ye best help him practice his ol' scavenging skills before plundering Magic Kingdom Park. Don’t want to be a mum of a landlubber, do ye?

Avast, A Pirate's Adventure - Treasures of the Seven Seas has pirates young and old scour Adventureland seeking clues to find lost treasure. Point yer compass toward the Cartography Shop near Golden Oak Outpost to begin yer adventure. Me own daughters have been completing these mighty adventures for years, even when the wee one was just a small four-year-old fairy. She handily won the adventure, with the help of this Pirate Princess mum of course. Yo ho! Since the quest has ye pirates interacting with a variety of targets in a wide area all across Adventureland, yer family should stick close to your wee one and give a helping hand (or hook!) if he needs it.

If yer wee pirate completes at least two adventures, he may be granted a special reward. Sometimes, this is a treasure finder card, but I have known of special bounty to be granted. Say, a round of FastPass+ tickets for Pirates of the Caribbean! Shiver me timbers! Look smart and keep an eye open at the conclusion of your adventure for the bounty ye seek.

Thanks for ye question and come sail with us again!
