Can I see a picture of the scooter to see if I think I can handle it

    Hi, Sharon!

You have several options when it comes to using an ECV in Walt Disney World. You are welcome to bring your own from home, rent one at the Walt Disney World theme parks, or rent one from one of Disney's Featured Providers.

Each will have different features and weight limits. The ECVs that are rented at Walt Disney World are designed to hold a maximum of one guest and 450 pounds. The Featured Providers have models that are smaller and larger to accommodate specific needs of each guest. Read details on the website, with Featured Providers listed at the bottom with phone numbers. If you click on the featured providers you can see photos of what is offered.

If you plan on a wheelchair or ECV, you may want to read information on using them in the parks, and which rides/attractions will require you to transfer.

Wheelchairs are also available for rent if you find that more convenient. With both ECV and wheelchairs, if you rent them at the parks these must not go past the gates and must be rented each day. Hopefully you can figure out which option will best suit your needs during your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
