    to pick up my tickets i need to have the credit card that used to make the payment but this one change. what can i do?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    Something similar happened to me during one of my previous visits to Walt Disney World Resort, and I have some good news for you! I brought a printout of my order email with my ticket order confirmation number, a piece of photo identification and the replacement credit card with me to Guest Relations at the Theme Park that I was visiting first. The Cast Member working there was able to find my order and confirm my identity, which meant that I was able to pick up my tickets without a problem.
