    Hi, All my photos have saved to my memory maker except my ride photos. Can you advise why or how I can retrieve them? All was scanned at the time. Thanks in advance

    I am happy to hear that you purchased Memory Maker on your last visit to enjoy unlimited downloads of all digital content captured during your holiday. Some of my family’s favorite photos are the ones taken while riding attractions such as The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, Splash Mountain, and Space Mountain.

    If you cannot see some of your photos on your Disney Account, please contact Disney PhotoPass Service at +1 (407) 560-4300, and Cast Members will assist you locating missing photos if they are available. Please note, however, that a MagicBand is required to retrieve certain attraction photos and videos, so in case you were not wearing one at the time, you might not have these registered on your account.

    I hope this helps you locate the beautiful memories of your Walt Disney World Resort holiday.
