How can photos downloaded from memory maker be developed on Snapfish or Shutterfly? I am having a hard time since the downloads are in a zip file & both Snapfish & Shutterfly do not recognize zip files

    Hi Marjory,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

I love using Disney's PhotoPass Service while on vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!  Having photos taken on attractions, with characters, and at certain dining locations is so much fun and reminds me of some great memories of my trip.  The best part is that I get to be in the photos with my family and their professional photographers do such a wonderful job of capturing moments of my family and me.

You will have to extract your photo files from the zip file prior to downloading to another photo printing service.  If you're using a Windows based PC, you'll want to use your right mouse button, right click on the folder with the zipped files (it should have a zipper on it), then choose Extract.  You'll then choose a folder to send your extracted photo files to for storage.  Once the extraction is complete, you'll be able to download those photos to a photo printing service.

Be advised that some photo printing services require a photo release form.  This form grants you permission to have these photos printed by a third party service.

Marjory, I hope you can have all those happy memories displayed throughout your home for years to come! Please come back and visit us again with any questions about your vacation.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
