We have 10 people in our party where is the cheapest place to purchase tickets from for just 1 day?

Hi Krystal! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are always happy to help guests plan adventures to the Most Magical Place on Earth! Thanks for stopping by.

I have family members that live in Florida, and my sisters and I have been known to sneak away to the Disney Parks for a day or two while in the area. How could we possibly be within a couple hours of our favorite place and not stop in to visit Mickey Mouse? Krystal, when visiting the Walt Disney World Theme Parks for just one day, the best way to purchase your admission is through the official Walt Disney World website. You will want to select a Standard Theme Park ticket for your specific visit date, and then if you like, you can add the Park Hopper Option. With only one day, I usually like to focus on one theme park rather than park hop.

I suggest that everyone in your party purchase tickets in advance through the website, and then link the admission to their My Disney Experience accounts. Be sure that you link your accounts so that you can plan together and coordinate some FastPass+ selections. Remember that all ten of you do not need to have the exact same FastPass+ return time to ride together. For example, if some of you reserve my personal favorite Magic Kingdom attraction, Pirates of the Caribbean, for 10:30-11:30, and another group selects the same attraction for 10:50-11:50, you will all be able to board between 10:50 and 11:30. You can begin making your FastPass+ selections starting 30 days prior to your arrival, or 60 days prior if you are a guest at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.

While there are no discounts available to the general public for one day theme park tickets, if anyone in your party happens to live in the Sunshine State, there may be special ticket offers for Florida Residents. Remember that these discounts are exclusive to folks who reside in Florida, and those taking advantage of them will need to show proof of residency at the theme park entrance. I just wanted to mention it in case anyone in your party will be joining you from Florida.

Best of luck in planning your awesome Disney day, Krystal! If you and your group have any other questions as your visit approaches, be sure to come back and see us again.

    See ya real soon!
