large family coming out of Cinderella Castle

We have 12 people going to DisneyWorld, traveling 2 different days. Because of that, some of our FP selections have 8 guests/4 guests and some 12 guests. My question is: Can we swap our fast passes between individuals in the two groups?

Hi Cindy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You have earned some serious planning praises after coordinating a trip for a large group of 12 people! How fun! I know everyone will appreciate your hard work, especially when they are saving time in line with FastPass+.

There have certainly been times in our family when someone has a FastPass+, but just wanted a break to eat a Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Bar instead. When this has happened, we simply switched MagicBands for that short period of time so someone else in our family could still enjoy the attraction. This is the easiest way to switch FastPass+ among those in your party. If you are hoping to switch them out instead, I would head to Guest Relations in the theme park, speak with a FastPass+ kiosk Cast Member, or call and speak to a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357. You don't want to risk losing them, so bringing in the professionals is a good idea!

I hope this helps and that your whole group has a magical vacation together, Cindy! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
