We pay for a pass for our nanny and she recently quit. Can we transfer the pass to the new nanny?

    Greetings Jessica!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for stopping by with your great question. How kind and generous you are to purchase a Disneyland Resort Annual Passport for your nanny! Unfortunately all Annual Passports are tied to a specific person and are non-transferable. If you would like your new nanny to be a Passholder, then he or she will need a brand new Annual Passport.

As a Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder, you have the benefit of some wonderful perks. At the Disneyland Resort, a brand new Disneyland mobile app enhancement, mobile ordering, is being released. Currently this new service is only available to Annual Passholders as a preview, and is expected to be available to all Guests this summer. Using the Disneyland app, you can select a restaurant, arrival window, and menu items to pick up without having to wait in line. This new functionality will be available at select fast casual and quick service restaurant locations. I have already heard of Passholders using this convenient feature and absolutely loving it. Plus, your AP discount will be automatically applied to your order! I just can't wait to maximize our time in the parks by making use of this feature.

If you have any other questions, feel free to return back. You've Got a Friend in Me here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
