    Nathan from CA Asked

Can I pay extra to attend the parks on a blockout date?

    Hi, Nathan!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for stopping by with your question regarding blockout dates for Annual Passports at the Disneyland Resort. I hope you’re enjoying a year full of pixie-dusted days in the theme parks as an Annual Passholder!

Blockout day tickets are no longer offered, so as of now, Annual Passholders who wish to visit Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park during blockout dates for their pass type must upgrade to a pass that is not blocked out or pay for a regular theme park ticket instead. You can be reimbursed for parking on the day you upgrade your Annual Passport to one that includes parking if your current pass does not.

I hope this answers your question, Nathan, and that your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is just around the corner! Please feel free to write back with any other planning questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
