    Pat from TN Asked

What do you have to pay for at Castaway Key and what are the costs?

    Welcome aboard, Pat -

One of our favorite stops on a Disney Cruise voyage is our day at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay. This unique and exclusive destination is only available to guests of the Disney Cruise. When you are there for the day, there are so many activities that you and your family can take advantage of. You can choose to stay at the beach and soak up the sun, or the kids can play and join the various activities at Scuttle's Cove.

If you choose to participate in one of the many Port Adventures while at Castaway Cay, there will be additional costs involved. Here's a link to the different port adventures that you can check out while at Castaway Cay. You can click on the Left pane, then choose Castaway Cay to filter your search. This will list all the activities available on Castaway Cay, along with additional details about the excursion/activity and the costs that are involved. Some activities need to be reserved due to limited availability, so please try to secure reservations early.

Lunch at Cookies BBQ and Cookies Too is already included with your cruise cost. Make sure to check what time lunch is served. It's a wonderful all-you-care-to-eat BBQ spread, with self-serve drinks and ice cream. Besides the many port activities, other items to consider that are priced separately, are Alcoholic beverages, Spa treatments and souvenirs. There is also a Post Office on Castaway Cay and they will accept cash for stamps if you decide to mail any postcards.

Hope this helps. Please do let us know if you have any more questions and how we can help.
