Is there a path to walk from Epcot to the Boardwalk ( I do know this can be done) but then onto Hollywood Studios? And do you know approximately how long of walk it is from the Boardwalk to Hollywood Studios?

    Hi Melanie,

I'm happy to tell you that there is a nice wide path from the International Gateway area of Epcot all the way to Hollywood Studios, passing through the Boardwalk area. The path follows the same route as the water taxis that run between the two parks.

My family always walks between Epcot and Hollywood Studios, often stopping at Boardwalk for a drink, snack or ice cream from Ample Hills Creamery on the way. We find it faster and more convenient than waiting for the boats, which make three stops -- at the Swan and Dolphin, at the Beach Club and Yacht Club, and at Boardwalk -- between the parks.

It's a leisurely 10-minute walk from the rear exit of Epcot to Boardwalk. The journey on to Hollywood Studios will take another 15-20 minutes, depending on how fast you walk.

To help guests as they move around Walt Disney World, the My Disney Experience Mobile App recently added a new "Get Directions" feature that you may find useful. It shows you all your options for transportation -- by foot, bus, boat and monorail -- and gives you approximate travel times. It even works between attractions within the parks.
