In the past, guests couldn't stay in the castle. Is this still not allowed? My son-in-law allowed the children to go to Disney ONE time if I agreed to go deer hunting! I prayed for no Bambi's! Have permission for 1 more time. Want it to be special

    Hi Jean,

I have some good and bad news.  I like to start with the bad so we can work our way to the good.  No, Guests are not allowed to stay in Cinderella's Castle at this time.  Now on to the good news!  Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside will have new Royal Guest Rooms that are scheduled to open in February 2012.  These magical rooms will include custom drapes and linens, ornately decorated beds and headboards that glitter with fiber optic lights!

I know it's not the Cinderella's Castle but I think this is the next best thing available.  It would really make your trip magical and who knows - you may make a believer out of someone.  I hope this helps!

    Have a magical day!
