Family running through Cinderella Castle

We are a party of twelve. Two parties of six. If the other party of six ordered DOD tickets and they haven’t arrived yet, is there anything Disney can do to allow them to sign up for fast passes on Saturday with us? They have valid accommodations on site.

Hello, Leon, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

While Walt Disney World Resort hotel Guests do have the ability to book their FastPass+ reservations up to 60 days in advance of their stay, each member of your party will need to have a valid Theme Park ticket number linked to their My Disney Experience account (in addition to the hotel confirmation) in order to do so. If the other members of your party have not received their physical tickets yet, they can still link the ticket numbers to their My Disney Experience account in order to take advantage of this benefit. Without the ticket numbers, though, I’m afraid they’ll have to wait.

Depending on how the 4-Day or 5-Day Military Promotional Tickets were purchased, the purchaser may be able to find out the ticket number before having the actual tickets in hand. I know that Shades of Green (a hotel on Walt Disney World Resort reserved for use by active and retired members of the U.S. Military and their families) can share ticket numbers with Guests for the purposes of booking those FastPass+ reservations in advance. If the tickets were purchased through a local military base, though, this might not be an option. I would suggest you ask the Department of Defense member to call the outlet where they purchased their tickets to see what options might be available to them before their physical tickets arrive in the mail.

Best wishes to you and your party! I hope you have an awesome vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
