Hi! We are a party of 6 staying at the Boardwalk Inn this Nov. My son will turn three during our stay. Will that cause any complications with our room and party size?

    Hello ANA,

I can not think of a more exciting place to turn 3 years old but here at Walt Disney World. On the day of his birthday, be sure to visit Guest Services at any of the Walt Disney World Resorts or Theme Parks to receive his Birthday Button. He will be delighted by the many "Happy Birthday's," he receives throughout his special day.

A wonderful treat for you is, because your son arrived at Walt Disney World before his 3 year old birthday, he will be recognized as under the age of 3 for his entire stay.  He does, however, need to to be included in your Walt Disney World Resort Reservation and include him in your party size when making Advance Dining Reservations. As a side note, your son can share off your plate at any of the Walt Disney World table service restaurants or buffets and eat for free. But keep in mind, if he prefers something off the kids menu, at one of the counter service restaurants or table service restaurants, you will be charged for the kids meal. And finally, check out Walt Disney's World informative online information on Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones. Here you will find recommendations for itineraries at each park, lists of attractions and shows best suited for our younger Guests, along with much more must-have information.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your sons Birthday trip to Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
