We are a party of 15 going soon. My step daughter is 19, and I have feeling she will be going off on her own alot. What happens if 1 or 2 people do not show up for dining reservations?

Hi Ursula! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

What a fun Walt Disney World Resort vacation you have ahead of you with a group of 15! You will all make a lot of special memories to laugh about and look back on for many, many years. I have visited with a large group of friends in the past and they are some of my all-time favorite trips!

When it comes to dining reservations, if you have one or two people that can't make it, that is fine. You won't be charged for the missing Guests since the majority of your party is still there to dine. If you know ahead of time, it is a good idea to alter the number of your party as a courtesy, especially since other Guests may be trying to snag a reservation at a fully booked restaurant, but if it is a last-minute decision, you will still be good to go if you show up with a few less. Just let the Cast Member at the check-in podium know the new number of your party so they can correctly configure your table.

I hope this helps and that you have an incredible vacation, Ursula! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
