    We are a party of seven scheduled to stay in WDW in FEB. WDW suggested we sign up for fastpasses through MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE. However all our non-expiring Theme Park tickets purchased 2/2013 won't link. Will there be any fastpasses left when we arrive!

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and how exciting that you'll be at Walt Disney World with your group next month!  I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  If you've tried linking them yourself both online and through the My Disney Experience app without any luck, I'd suggest calling Disney's Technical Support at (407)-939-7765 to see if they can help fix the issue.  If not, you should be able to get assistance at Guest Relations once you arrive at Walt Disney World.  

    While making FastPass+ choices in advance does have advantages, you shouldn't be out of luck.  I'm told there will still be some FastPass+ options available for same-day reservations, so as soon as you're able to link your tickets I'd recommend using the My Disney Experience app to make your selections.
